I was introduced to James a couple of years ago by my physio, with a very specific objective of helping me to train for my first marathon in over 5 years while recovering from a hamstring injury. Since then James has been absolutely phenomenal, rebuilding my confidence and coaching me to complete marathon, shave 3 minutes off my personal best and then subsequently helping me to smash my PBs at 5k and 10k (including taking my 10k time down from c42 mins to sub 39 - something I'd been trying and failing to do on my own for 15 years). What has impressed me most with James is the tailored approach he took to my training.
