Strength and Conditioning coach with 15 years of experience guiding athletes and active individuals to recover, perform, and stay resilient.

I have spent close to 15 years working at the intersection of elite sport and healthcare. My career began with Saracens Rugby Club, the English Institute of Sport, and British Fencing, where I honed my coaching eye and developed a deep understanding of performance at the highest level.
Over time, I shifted focus toward healthcare and end-stage rehabilitation, specialising in ACL recovery and return to sport. As co-founder of The Complete ACL Course, I have trained practitioners and worked directly with patients ranging from recreational athletes to complex multi-ligament cases.
My work has contributed to performance research in fencing and I am awaiting publication of new findings on ACL outcomes.
My philosophy is built on three principles:
Test before you train — objective measures reveal exactly what needs attention.
Train with purpose — evidence-based strength, plyometric, and sport-specific work targeted to the individual.
Prove progress — regular re-testing ensures you see and feel measurable improvements.
This approach is designed to reduce injury risk, rebuild confidence, and deliver performance gains that last.
