Since then James has been absolutely phenomenal, rebuilding my confidence and coaching me to complete marathon, shave 3 minutes off my personal best and then subsequently helping me to smash my PBs at 5k and 10k (including taking my 10k time down from c42 mins to sub 39 - something I'd been trying and failing to do on my own for 15 years).
